2. Services We Provide
a) Personalized travel itinerary (Planning Only):
We provide customized day-by-day itineraries tailored to your preferences and budget. Recommendations include hotels, restaurants, transport options, hidden attractions, and local experiences. All bookings under this plan must be arranged directly by you with the service providers.
b) Complete travel packages (All-inclusive):
We offer complete travel arrangements including hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing activities, meals, and related services, managed entirely by us. You simply travel hassle-free.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for both itinerary plans and complete travel packages must be made in full as indicated during the booking or ordering process on Ghoomketu.com. Pricing and payment details will be clearly stated during the booking process.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
a) Personalized travel itinerary service:
- Once your itinerary is delivered via email or WhatsApp, it is non-refundable.
- Changes or revisions are possible within a reasonable limit and must be requested prior to the start of your trip.
b) Complete travel packages:
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before the trip start date will be eligible for up to a 75% refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the trip start date will be eligible for up to a 50% refund.
- Cancellations within 7 days of the trip start date will generally not be eligible for a refund due to non-refundable hotel bookings, transport bookings, and other related expenses.
5. Third-Party Services
For itineraries where you book directly, our recommendations include third-party hotels, restaurants, transport, and activity providers. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services.
For complete travel packages, we manage bookings on your behalf but rely on third-party providers. Ghoomketu.com will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or unsatisfactory service provided by these third parties.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate details (dates, preferences, budget, ID documents) at the time of booking.
- Verify booking confirmations, travel documentation, and follow local laws and guidelines during travel.
- Take responsibility for your safety, belongings, and conduct during travel.
7. Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate information, including prices, availability, and descriptions. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct inaccuracies or update information without prior notice.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Ghoomketu.com shall not be liable for injuries, losses, damages, or inconveniences from your direct interaction with third-party providers or during travel.
For complete travel packages, we manage arrangements carefully but cannot guarantee third-party services or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, delays).
